		<description>I appreciate the sweetness of beets because it makes children like them, as long as you get the initial taste over. My youngest _asks_ for cold borscht (and yes, I know the sour cream has something to do with that).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Laurie Colwin&#039;s More Home Cooking has  a recipe for beets with angel hair pasta that doesn&#039;t even require roquefort, although I think she recommends a sprinkle of parmesan at the end.</description>
