Not sure if this counts as a snack, but I eat this concoction way too much to be believed (every day if I could, but more like 4 days a week). I get fresh green beans and steam them. Then I sautee with ginger, oil and sesame seeds. Then add sliced almonds and sweetened coconut. (lots). Then I eat the whole thing with lots of parmesan cheese.

My other favorite is a breakfast snack. I fill pita bread with feta cheese and then pour honey inside and then line with walnuts and fresh merjool dates (the big juicy ones).

I recommend both of these snacks. I love cheese and I love it with a little bit of sweet.

Next time I'm lucky enough to snag some chard, I'm totally preparing this snack! My brother Jason makes a great snack of kale cooked down and tossed with olives... so this doesn't sound weird to me at all! Few snacks do... but let me see what comes to mind...

Hmm, probably this: I did look at my now sister-in-law, then college roommate with a strange glance when I saw her standing in the kitchen pouring honey out of the bear squeezy bottles into a spoon, and eating those spoonfuls directly.
