This week in the crisper, the second item on our healthy holiday-downtime menu. Pork tenderloin is poached in lightly spiced apple cider and served over a slaw of fennel, carrot and apple. The food is delicious and nutritious, but more importantly, some of the comments are really quite a spectacle to behold. Who’d want to miss that? Dinner and a show here.
