This week in the crisper, banana peanut butter smoothies made with soy milk. I’m not a huge fan of milking edamame, but when you’ve got some Vanilla Silk left over, this is a delicious way to use it up. Despite my firm belief in soy milk’s junk food status, this smoothie packs a decent nutritional punch for breakfast or an after-school snack. Recipe here.
