The Crisper Whisperer on Serious Eats: Chiles ‘Resemblos’

The James Beard Foundation, source of the highly coveted James Beard Foundation Awards, named Serious Eats the Best Food Blog for 2010. Woohoo! Serious Eats also won Best Video Webcast for this wonderful short video. And, dwarfed by comparison but delicious nonetheless, in the crisper this week: Chiles “Resemblos,” which are a grilled riff on the classic Mexican wonder chiles rellenos. For beautiful, warm evenings when you’d rather tend the grill on the patio than stand over a pot of spattering oil, the recipe is here.
