We’re starting a semi-DIY remodel of the Umami Kitchen. I know what you’re thinking: “Semi-DIY? That’s such an airtight idea that nothing could possibly go wrong.” Yeah, well. You never know.

Now that this thing is really, probably, I hope, going to happen soon, I thought it would be fun to share. I’ll post lots more as we get rolling, and I’ll keep it separate from the recipes because I realize not everyone gives a Ratatouille what my kitchen looks like.
