Smoky Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Creamy, smoky, and packed with flavor, this dip is perfect for your Super Bowl spread or any day. And hey, it's vegan.


  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper, drained
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic (your preference), roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt if chickpeas are unsalted, or to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve with chips, with vegetables, in a sandwich, on a bagel, from a spoon, yadda yadda.
