Inflammation-Busting Green Smoothie
This green glass of gorgeous is a real inflammation buster, with fresh turmeric and ginger and lots of leafy greens. It also tastes great, I promise.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- Big handful baby greens (spinach, arugula, kale, chard or any combo)
- Small piece fresh turmeric (or use ground)
- Small piece fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ½ cup cold water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until perfectly smooth.
- Serve immediately.
