Raspberry Meyer Lemon Smoothie
cup frozen raspberries
Juice of a Meyer lemon
tablespoon ground flaxseed
container raspberry Chobani or other Greek-style yogurt (use non-dairy yogurt if you like)
Splash of water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until perfectly smooth. Serve immediately.
