Raspberry Meyer Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Juice of a Meyer lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 5.3-ounce container raspberry Chobani or other Greek-style yogurt (use non-dairy yogurt if you like)
  • Splash of water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until perfectly smooth. Serve immediately.
